Jason Sheinberg
Attorney
Jason S. Sheinberg has been practicing law since 2004, and specializes in Will & Trusts, Estates, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and Probate. Jason is a Court Appointed Attorney (Guardianship and Conservatorship) in both the San Diego and Vista Courts, and considers it an honor and a privilege to serve the Courts in this manner. Jason was born and raised in Los Gatos, California and went to Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, California. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in 2000. He received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003.
During law school Jason was a member of the fraternal organization Phi Alpha Delta and worked as a law clerk for Moore, Lewis, Schulman & Moore, APC, as well for famed Hollywood divorce attorney Marvin M. Mitchelson. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of California, and the University of San Diego Planned Giving Committee.
In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling, spending time with his beloved Sara, his amazing parents Bruce and Barbara and all of his family and friends, and his dog Squeaky. Jason loves all sports with a passion, but his true love will always be the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
